Terms of Use

Effective: October 27, 2026 · Last updated: October 27, 2026

In short: PaceOverlay puts your activity on your photos and videos. You own what you make, use only content you have the right to, never use the app while you run or ride, and Pro comes with your account at no cost.

1. About these terms

These Terms are an agreement between you and KoSolutions PH (“PaceOverlay”, “we”, “us”), a business registered in the Philippines that makes and runs PaceOverlay. They cover the website paceoverlay.com, the PaceOverlay web app, our phone apps when they come out, and our emails (the “Service”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use PaceOverlay.

4. What PaceOverlay does

With PaceOverlay you can:

We keep improving PaceOverlay, so features can change, be added or be removed, and some are marked “coming soon”. We try to keep it available, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or problems outside our control.

8. Plans and payments

Every account currently has Pro at no cost. What Free and Pro include, and when your Pro ends if it does, is shown in Profile → Subscription and can change over time.

If paid plans start, Pro will be sold in our phone apps through the Apple App Store and Google Play (their terms then also apply), and will work on the web with the same account. We will update these Terms, show the prices in the app and tell you before you are ever charged. We never see your card details.

If you choose not to pay, your account moves to Free. Your projects and activities stay.

Where the law where you live gives you extra consumer rights, you keep them.

9. Other services

PaceOverlay works with services run by others, such as Google and Apple sign-in, our hosting providers and map data (© OpenStreetMap contributors). We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for them.

If you got PaceOverlay from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement also applies. These Terms are between you and us, not Apple; Apple isn’t responsible for PaceOverlay and has no duty to support it, and Apple may enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.

10. Our app and brand

The PaceOverlay name, logo, app, templates, designs and code (other than Your Content) belong to us or our licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them through the Service, including the templates and widgets in what you export. If you send us ideas, we may use them freely.

12. No guarantees

PaceOverlay is provided “as is” and “as available”. As far as the law allows, we don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that the numbers shown are accurate. Keep your own copies of videos that matter to you: your original videos stay on your device and are not backed up by us.

13. Limits of our liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill from using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, or USD 20 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn’t allow to be limited.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as PaceOverlay grows. We’ll change the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app or by email before they apply. If you keep using PaceOverlay after that, you accept the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, and disputes go to the proper courts there, unless the law where you live lets you bring a claim at home. Consumers outside the Philippines keep the protections of their local laws.
